The IrriFinder Buyer Protection can help when you purchase items sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller. Our Buyer Protection covers both the timely delivery and the condition of your items once received. If either the timing for delivery or the condition of your items received are unsatisfactory, you can report the problem to our team and we will determine if you are eligible for a refund.

You can request a refund under the IrriFinder Buyer Protection if the following conditions apply:
- You ordered from a Third-Party Seller,
- AND you paid by one of the supported payment methods such as; credit cards, digital wallets, to the seller who uses Stripe payment gateway which is available for businesses in these countries,
- AND you have waited no longer than 90 days from the maximum estimated delivery date,
- AND at least one of the conditions listed below apply:
Eligibility Conditions:
- You haven't received your package.
Three days have passed since the maximum estimated delivery date OR the tracking shows a delivery confirmation, whichever is sooner.
AND you have already contacted the Third-Party Seller more than 48 hours ago but they did not respond or resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- The item you received is damaged, defective, materially different, or you changed your mind and you have requested a return more than 48 hours ago and the seller hasn't authorised your return request.
The refund amount that you are entitled to receive from a third-party seller is listed in the table below if you:
- Request a return within allowed return days written in the sellers return policy of the item (or before the end of any extended change of mind return period, e.g., extended holiday change of mind return).
- Return the item within 14 days after you've arranged the return with the seller (date as postmark).

- You returned an item in line with the applicable return policy of the seller, but you haven't received the expected refund.
You can request a refund if seven days have passed since the return was delivered to the seller.
- You wanted to return an item that you bought from an international seller but the seller didn't provide one of the following:
- A return address within your country of residence.
- A full refund of the item without return.
If the return request was authorised with an international return address, you must allow the seller 48 hours from the date of return request to provide one of these resolutions before you can request a refund under the IrriFinder Buyer Protection.
- The seller agreed to issue a refund or replace the item and you have not been refunded, the refund was in the wrong amount or the replacement wasn't sent.
- You have been charged extra (for example, by customs authorities for a shipment to Australia) in addition to the purchase and dispatch price you have paid, and the seller did not cover those costs.
How long do I have to ask for an IrriFinder Buyer Protection request?
- You have up to 90 days after the maximum estimated delivery date to request a refund under the IrriFinder Buyer Protection.
- The IrriFinder Buyer Protection is a benefit provided to you by IrriFinder. It does not limit, restrict or modify any consumer right or remedy you may have under law, including against the seller or manufacturer under Australian Consumer Law.
You are not eligible under the IrriFinder Buyer Protection if:
- You ask your payment provider or bank to reverse the charges.
- Your request is for a digital item, payments for services, or stored value instruments.
- You opted for delivery with an "Authority to leave in a safe place" and valid tracking shows the item was delivered to your address.
Additionally, if you file a chargeback with your payment provider or bank, you will not be eligible for a refund under the IrriFinder Buyer Protection.

- You refuse your package and the return does not have tracking information.
